Experience the welcoming ambience of this delightful 3-bedroom home away from home, only a 10-minute drive from Cape Town’s bright lights and attractions and a short stroll from a white sand beach where sand castles, surf, swimming and water sports are to be found. This family-sized holiday home is a perfect base for those touring around the Cape, located, as it is, on a coastal road that leads to many fun spots and attractions, all reached via a scenic drive along the stunning Cape coastline.
A tall fence assures privacy in the pretty garden, where the majestic splendour of Table Mountain forms a breathtaking backdrop and the outlook of azure sea stretching away on both sides in front is a spectacular sight. Relax on sun loungers around the pool and enjoy the tangy sea breeze that cools warm days while the soft sound of surf soothes the stress away. It’s an idyllic spot for a laid-back sundowner of excellent Cape wine or a cocktail or two.
The spacious living room exudes warmth and African-style elegance with its pastel walls, soft carpet and antique-style dark wood furnishings. An L-shaped black leather lounge suite provides a comfy spot to recline and watch satellite TV or a DVD, make use of the wireless internet access or entertain friends. The large windows, with aluminium blinds to keep out the sun on hot days, have lovely ocean views, which are also visible from the capacious dining room around the corner.
Two dining tables, one dark wood, the other glass, provide seating for as many as fourteen guests, ideal for dinner parties or family gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with gas stove and extractor fan, microwave and stainless steel-finish fridge-freezer, lends itself to whipping up feasts at the drop of a hat, while a washing machine and tumble dryer make laundry chores easy. There’s plenty of granite-topped counter space, and the sleek, pale wood cupboards house a wealth of cutlery and crockery.
The pastel décor of marble-patterned floor tiles and creamy walls continues down the hall to the first bathroom, which houses a bathtub for leisurely soaks in a soothing bubble bath after a hard day of sightseeing, plus a toilet and washbasin. The second bathroom has a shower for quick rinses after a day at the beach, and another toilet and washbasin. Opposite is the first bedroom, which has a double bed, dark wood cupboards, bedside tables with reading lamps and warm carpeting.
The second bedroom has two single beds and antique-style furnishings, perfect for the kids or guests, and, at the end of the hall, the master bedroom boasts a king-sized, extra length bed, a safe, soft carpets for barefoot comfort and a massive en-suite bathroom with heated towel rails, a basin, toilet and king-sized shower. A lock-up garage and alarm system assure complete security, and the overall impression is one of convivial comfort.

Arrival and Departure
Check-in time is between 14h00 and 18h00 unless otherwise arranged. Check-out time is before 11h00 on the day of departure. We try to accommodate other arrival and departure times, so if you have any special requests please let us know. Please contact 45 minutes prior to your arrival at the property on +27 21 438 6440 during office hours, or on +27 84 804 9902 after hours. Please be aware that there is an after-hours arrival charge of R300 for any arrivals between 19h00 and 7h00.
Passports
South African immigration laws require all visitors' passports to have at least two blank pages and to be valid at least six months from your planned date of departure from South Africa. The law is rigorously enforced so please check your passports without delay!
Cancellations
Bookings cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival date pay a 10% cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled between 90 and 61 days of arrival date pay a 25% cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled between 60 and 31 days of arrival date pay a 50% cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled less than 30 days from arrival date pay a 100% cancellation fee.
Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and their ability to relet the room. We advise all clients to take out cancellation insurance.
All changes to bookings once confirmed, including moving from one property to another, or amending dates, are deemed to be cancellation of the first booking, and applicable fees must be charged.
Terms and Conditions

No binding contract is in force until such time as a rental deposit has been made, and the rental manager has vetted and accepted the payment and guest information, and communicated such to the client.
