This sizeable, yet intimate holiday villa is located in an enviably elevated position within easy walking distance of a pristine white beach famed for its water sports, swimming and ocean-side fun. The villa serves as an ideal location from which to explore Cape Town and its many surrounding attractions, as it is situated close to a coastal road that offers one of the most scenic drives anywhere on the globe.
A high wall on the street side ensures complete privacy, while the elevated terrace allows sea views in one direction and the magnificent backdrop of Table Mountain in the other. A state of blissful relaxation is easily achieved on sun loungers around the sparkling terrace pool, accompanied by the gentle sound of the surf and the fresh ocean breeze. The built-in barbecue on the terrace is ideal for outdoor cooking while enjoying a spectacular sunset over the Atlantic Ocean. A delightful garden at the back of the villa allows for a leafy retreat to enjoy a good book with a cup of freshly-brewed coffee.
The villa has dark, polished Earthcote flooring with elegant African textiles. The well-appointed kitchen has a sizable stove, microwave and generous fridge-freezer to make a treat of cooking up delicious meals, while a washing machine makes short work of any laundry. The kitchen opens into a generous open-plan dining area where an attractive, amber-coloured wooden dining table promotes sociable, informal meals.
The living room opens onto the pool terrace with its sea views, allowing for graceful indoor-outdoor living. A flat-screen television and comfortable lounge suite make it an ideal space in which to unwind with a DVD or watch satellite TV, and the wooden blinds on the expansive glass windows and doors will keep the sun out on hot days. The downstairs area also offers an intimate reading nook next to a wine cellar wall that proudly displays a selection of fine Cape wines, while the downstairs bedroom is a welcoming haven of capacious privacy in soft pastel shades.
There are three bedrooms upstairs, the first of which is decorated in more pastel tones and has its own adjacent bathroom with sparkling white tiles, a shower and wash basin, plus a separate toilet next door. The other two spacious upstairs bedrooms feature soothing earthy tones and share a generous bathroom, ideal for a relaxed soak after a day at the beach, as well as a wash basin and toilet. All bedrooms have king-sized beds with supremely comfortable bedding, bedside pedestals with reading lamps and ample cupboard space, as well as safes to store valuables.
The villa is equipped a double lock-up garage and alarm system ensure complete security and peace of mind. The overall impression is one of stylish, effortless holiday living.

Also let us know of any particular requirements such as cots and high chairs for infants. We can also happily pre-stock your apartment with food and drinks on your behalf. If you will be celebrating a special occasion during your stay such as a birthday, anniversary or honeymoon, please let us know so that we can make that extra effort on your special day.
Arrival and Departure
Check-in time is between 14h00 and 18h00 unless otherwise arranged. Check-out time is before 11h00 on the day of departure. We try to accommodate other arrival and departure times, so if you have any special requests please let us know. Please contact 45 minutes prior to your arrival at the property on +27 21 438 6440 during office hours, or on +27 84 804 9902 after hours. Please be aware that there is an after-hours arrival charge of R300 for any arrivals between 19h00 and 7h00.
Passports
South African immigration laws require all visitors' passports to have at least two blank pages and to be valid at least six months from your planned date of departure from South Africa. The law is rigorously enforced so please check your passports without delay!
Cancellations
Bookings cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival date pay a 10% cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled between 90 and 61 days of arrival date pay a 25% cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled between 60 and 31 days of arrival date pay a 50% cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled less than 30 days from arrival date pay a 100% cancellation fee.
Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and their ability to relet the room. We advise all clients to take out cancellation insurance.
All changes to bookings once confirmed, including moving from one property to another, or amending dates, are deemed to be cancellation of the first booking, and applicable fees must be charged.

No binding contract is in force until such time as a rental deposit has been made, and the rental manager has vetted and accepted the payment and guest information, and communicated such to the client.
