      Glen beach is in one of the most elite enclaves along the Camps Bay shoreline. Nestled amongst the beach cottages is Glen Roche – a luxurious 3 bedroom Beach House, perfect for a holiday with style.
      This luxurious residence boasts an irresistible combination of style and simplicity.

      Glen Roche has another, completely self contained cottage on the plot, just before the main of the house. Comfortably large, this open plan room has it's own bed and quaint washroom with shower.

      First impressions of this holiday getaway are of escaping to a Log Cabin along a secluded coast line.
      Layers of wood envelope this majestic hideaway just a short drive away from busy Cape Town. Wooden decks surround the house on all three levels.

      From the entrance it becomes immediately apparent that the basic elements of nature have been accentuated and tied together to create a peaceful and tranquil ambience. Wood is the core structure and finish; water in the magnificent view; and open plan living creating a sense of air and finally log fireplaces for warmth and energy in both the main living area and the outside barbeque.

      The open plan kitchen overlooks the first floor, formal living room area. A large dining room table comfortably seating a party of eight is perfectly positioned to watch every sunset the endless views have to offer.

      The Master bedroom, situated off the living room and entrance hall, is sculptured around a large boulder, now a feature of the en suite open plan bathroom. Stained glass brick windows filter natural light. Cool stone basins rest on warm wood cupboards. Underfloor heating and heated towel rails add an element of modern luxury to the natural beauty of the room. Large, exposed beams highlighting magnificent joinery add to the genuine character of Glen Roche. Old style sash windows juxtaposed with modern partitions of the master bedroom from the main living area add to the aesthetically pleasing elements which make Glen Roche so unique.

      The symbiosis of natural elements and magnificent engineering are again expressed in the custom wooden staircase leading to the lower level. Sandstone floors line the second floor.

      The second, informal lounge with flat screen television and study area, lead off to the two additional bedrooms. Virtually identical, each room has a large double bed, en suite wash room and sliding doors to private decks outside. Natural earth tones blend both rooms to the rest of the house; large travertine tiles in the showers and soft sand stone tiles on the floor give each room an element of the sublime.

      As a secluded beach location from which to watch the surfers master the waves along the sand bar of this exclusive alcove, Glen Roche is state of the art and one of a kind – a retreat most certainly to be enjoyed.

If you will be celebrating a special occasion during your stay such as a birthday, anniversary or honeymoon, please let us know so that we can make that extra effort on your special day.

      Arrival and Departure
      Check-in time is between 14h00 and 18h00 unless otherwise arranged. Check-out time is before 11h00 on the day of departure. We try to accommodate other arrival and departure times, so if you have any special requests please let us know. Please contact 45 minutes prior to your arrival at the property on +27 21 438 6440 during office hours, or on +27 84 804 9902 after hours. Please be aware that there is an after-hours arrival charge of R300 for any arrivals between 19h00 and 7h00.

      Passports
      South African immigration laws require all visitors' passports to have at least two blank pages and to be valid at least six months from your planned date of departure from South Africa. The law is rigorously enforced so please check your passports without delay!

      Cancellations
      Bookings cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival date pay a 10% cancellation fee.
      Bookings cancelled between 90 and 61 days of arrival date pay a 25% cancellation fee.
      Bookings cancelled between 60 and 31 days of arrival date pay a 50% cancellation fee.
      Bookings cancelled less than 30 days from arrival date pay a 100% cancellation fee.

      Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and their ability to relet the room. We advise all clients to take out cancellation insurance.

      All changes to bookings once confirmed, including moving from one property to another, or amending dates, are deemed to be cancellation of the first booking, and applicable fees must be charged.

No binding contract is in force until such time as a rental deposit has been made, and the rental manager has vetted and accepted the payment and guest information, and communicated such to the client.
